The Hanging Rock Polar Plunge returns to ring in the new year of 2024 on New Years Day at Hanging Rock State Park Lake.

Join in on the Chill and Thrill of plunging into the ice cold waters of the lake at Hanging Rock. Bring a group, family or your friends and kick off the new year with a challenge for yourself.

Dress in your best costume or group costume for the costume parade at 3:15pm. Everyone plunges into the Lake after the New Year countdown at 3:30pm
